As my little one loves uttapam, I keep experimenting with different ingredients to make it interesting and tempt her into eating whatever I cook.
I love oats as it’s nutritious and filling. I try and use it in a variety of breakfast dishes. Oats & Gram Flour (Besan) Pizza Uttapam was one such experiment that was well taken and loved by my family.
